Premium Anti-Static ESD Table Mats

Minimize the risk of damage associated with static electricity using our high-performance anti-static table mats. Engineered for demanding industrial use, these dual-layer rubber mats provide a highly durable, reliable work surface. They are constructed using quality nitrile-butadiene rubber, conductive carbon black, and static electricity dissipation powder to ensure excellent quality and long-lasting performance.

Advanced Dual-Layer Construction

Our standard 2mm thick mats utilize a specialized double-layer adhesive structure to safely manage static charges:

  • Static Dissipative Top Layer (Green): The upper surface is an approximately 0.3mm thick electrostatic dissipating layer. It is designed to absorb surrounding surface resistance, maintaining a surface resistance of 10⁷-10⁹Ω and a friction electrostatic potential of <100v.
  • Conductive Bottom Layer (Black): The bottom layer is approximately 1.7mm thick and acts as the conductive pathway to derive the absorbed static. It delivers a surface resistance of ≤10⁶Ω and a friction electrostatic potential of <50v

Exceptional Durability & Resistance

Built to withstand the physical and environmental rigors of modern workstations while maintaining strict RoHS compliance:

  • Environmental Resilience: The mats are waterproof, high-temperature resistant, and feature excellent resistance to oils, acids, alkalis, and corrosion. (Note: Direct contact with strong acidic and alkaline solvents, such as benzene or alcohol, should be avoided to prevent surface discoloration or a decline in resistance.)
  • Mechanical Strength: Features a flexible, tear-proof, and wear-resistant fiber layer that can be bent and pulled at will. The material offers high elasticity, a smooth surface, and strong anti-aging properties.
  • Customizable Formats: Standard 10-meter rolls are available in widths of 1.2m, 1.0m, or 0.8m, with both glossy and matte finishes available. Sizes and packaging can also be fully customized according to specific customer requirements.
