CIP 200® Acid-Based Cleaner is engineered to meet the unique cleaning demands found in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, dietary supplement and other industries requiring an effective validatable cleaner. A proprietary blend of phosphoric acid, surfactants, chelants, and other performance enhancing ingredients allows CIP 200 Cleaner to remove a wide range of soils, including inorganic residues and salts. This low foaming product is ideal for clean-in-place (CIP) and clean-out-of-place (COP) applications. Due to multiple cleaning mechanisms, CIP 200 Cleaner is effective for rouge removal and passivation of process equipment.

Our Technical Support Services also include the Process And Cleaner Evaluation (PACE®) program, which is an evaluation service designed to provide our Customers with recommendations for an effective cleaning protocol. Once an evaluation has been completed, STERIS provides a report that assists Customers in developing a cleaning protocol by defining parameters based on chemical type, concentration, cleaning time, temperature, cleaning method and water quality. The PACE program is an essential first step for any cleaning application.
